Recreational Gymnastics Classes
Junior Recreational Girls (7-9 Years)
This class caters for the younger recreational gymnast who is ready to upskill from the GymFun classes. Gymnasts work on a variety of Artistic Gymnastics activities throughout the year and develop their skills on all women’s apparatus through conditioning and a focus on technique.
This is a progressive skill based programme and athletes should be able to do forward rolls, cartwheels and basic handstands before signing up to this class.

- Monday: 5pm- 6.30pm
- Tuesday: 5pm- 6.30pm
- Thursday: 5pm- 6.30pm
Cost per term: $155 (term fee is for one session per week)
Senior Recreational Girls (10 Years +)
This is a fun and challenging class catering for beginners through to experienced gymnasts. Gymnasts work on a variety of Artistic Gymnastics activities throughout the year and develop their confidence and skills on all women’s apparatus. Children strengthen muscles through conditioning and stretching also.

This is a fun and challenging class catering for beginners through to experienced gymnasts. Gymnasts work on a variety of Gymnastics activities throughout the year and develop their skills on bar, vault, parallel bars, floor, pommel along with a strength and flexiblity.

Senoir Recreational Boys (10 Years +)
This is a fun and challenging class catering for beginners through to experienced gymnasts. Gymnasts work on a variety of Gymnastics activities throughout the year and develop their skills on bar, vault, parallel bars, floor, pommel along with a strength and flexiblity.
