GymCity provides fun, organized, safe and high quality programmes for ages 5-14 year olds with no gymnastics experience required. All staff are police checked and there is always a minimum of one qualified first aider on site at all times. Our staff to child ratios are 1:10 on site; off site 1:8.
YOUR CHILD NEEDS TO BRING LUNCH EACH DAY
A lunch box with enough food for morning tea, lunch & afternoon tea, and a named drink bottle (no fizzes).
Children eat more at holiday programme than school due to constant activity so please pack extra food (no lollies).
We will going on a variety of different excursions throughout the holidays and the children will be required to take a backpack with all their personal items eg drinks, lunch, hat, change of clothes and sunscreen. Please name all your children’s belongings. Whenever we go to the Movies at Manukau please send your own treats for your child as no popcorn or other food items will be purchased at the cinema.

The holiday programme operates between the hours of 8.30am and 3.30pm.
There is an early drop off from 7am and a late pick up until 6pm.
The 2019 enrolment form is now available. Please collect from the gym office or email , fill out and either email or return the form to the gym. firstname.lastname@example.org
FEES & PAYMENT
Payments ( for normal hour week - 8.30am-3.30pm
Early bird payment - $135 per week if paid before Monday 1st July. If paid after this date - $160
$35 for single days & $45 for excursion days.
$5 per hour for early drop off or late pick up.
If you are doing a full week with both an early drop off and late pickup then the total amount for week 1 wil not exceed $190. You will be invoiced immediately after you have booked in.
No enrolments will be accepted without full payment. Cheques can be made payable to Papatoetoe Gymnastics Club. Cash, EFTPOS and Cheque payments are accepted at the office. Inter- net Banking is available through ASB: 12-3044-0320237-00 (please put your child’s name & ‘July HP’ as your reference).

CANCELATIONS & REFUNDS
Refunds of the holiday programme fees will only be considered if the club is notified at least five working days prior to the first day booked. In cases where medical circumstances prohibit a child from attending we must be notified before the programme commences and a copy of a medical certificate must be supplied. All refunds will incur an admin fee.
